We have all been there 🙋‍♀️. You have the yoga mat rolled out and the “inspirational” playlist ready to go. Then you decide to check Instagram for just one minute of “motivation” 📱. Suddenly an hour has passed and you know the exact interior design of a stranger’s house in Norway but you haven’t moved a muscle 🇳🇴.

When your mood takes over and you feel stalled please don’t beat yourself up. True self-care for women isn’t about the hour you missed but the five minutes you can still take ⏳. If you can’t do a full workout just do three stretches. If you can’t cook a healthy meal just drink a glass of water 💧. Starting small is better than not starting at all and I am right there in the “stalled” lane with you today 🤝.
