We have all been there đââď¸. You have the yoga mat rolled out and the “inspirational” playlist ready to go. Then you decide to check Instagram for just one minute of “motivation” đą. Suddenly an hour has passed and you know the exact interior design of a stranger’s house in Norway but you haven’t moved a muscle đłđ´.
When your mood takes over and you feel stalled please don’t beat yourself up. True self-care for women isn’t about the hour you missed but the five minutes you can still take âł. If you canât do a full workout just do three stretches. If you can’t cook a healthy meal just drink a glass of water đ§. Starting small is better than not starting at all and I am right there in the “stalled” lane with you today đ¤.
