About Her Healthy Hustles

Welcome to Her Healthy Hustles!

This space was created for busy people who struggle to maintain a healthy work-life balance while trying to live healthier lives by building better habits—yet without chasing perfection in the process.

Well, I am one of them.

That is exactly why I created this space—for me to take a breather and share my imperfect journey toward wellness despite all the hectic schedules and endless responsibilities.

In this blog, I will be sharing tips that come from my own personal journey as a working professional who constantly struggles to find time to exercise, meditate, and take care of myself despite piles of pending work. Along the way, I will also share insights from the books I read and the articles and resources that inspire me.

I do not expect my readers to find the “perfect” tips here because, honestly, I don’t think there is such a thing. Instead, my goal is to share my journey, and I hope that you, as my reader, will also share yours through the comments. Who knows? We might build a community that is truly worth our time.

What You’ll Find Here

As I mentioned earlier, I am a very busy person, but I will do my best to organize this space for you.

Here, you’ll find my reviews, personal recommendations, interests, and perhaps even some of my routines that may inspire or help you in your own journey.

Healthy Habits

I am constantly working on becoming a better version of myself, and these are the experiences I want to share through my blog posts.

I am always reading, watching, and learning from different sources, so whenever I discover something practical or meaningful, I would love to share it here. You may also find recommendations on books I’ve read and creators I follow on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

More importantly, I am equally interested in learning from you. If you have experiences, tips, or recommendations to share, I would love to read them in the comment section. After all, learning goes both ways.

Nutrition

As I continue improving myself—especially while managing some health conditions of my own—I will also write about nutrition and the simple meals I prepare or buy, how I try to balance my diet, and the healthier choices I make whenever possible.

After all, there is truth in the saying:

We are what we eat.

I am not a nutrition expert, but I believe that sharing practical and realistic choices can encourage others who are also trying to live healthier lives.

Productivity

At 38 years old, I have already worn many hats and taken on different responsibilities throughout my professional journey.

Here, I want to share some of the productivity tips and systems that have helped me stay organized. From journaling habits and planning techniques to managing work assignments and personal errands, I hope some of these practices can also help make your days a little more manageable.

My Philosophy

We are all a WORK IN PROGRESS, and I think that’s a beautiful thing because it gives us a reason to keep growing and a reason to keep living.

Not everyone takes time to reflect on their lives. Some people become so consumed by social media or the busyness of everyday life that the days simply pass by without asking themselves whether they are truly happy, healthy, or becoming the person they want to be.

But I believe you are different.

After all, you’re here.

Maybe, like me, you’re trying to unlock the secret to becoming healthier, more productive, and ultimately happier—not through perfection, but through small, meaningful changes every day.

I believe we can learn from one another.

My goal is to offer you something valuable through this space, and I sincerely hope you’ll do the same by sharing your own stories, experiences, and lessons along the way.

Join My Journey.

Authenticity is what I value most in everything I write.

By sharing this journey with you, I am also opening a part of myself to the world. You may never know me personally because I prefer to keep much of my private life low-key, but if you find yourself relating to my experiences, then I hope my story somehow resonates with yours.

Thank you for being here.

I hope Her Healthy Hustles becomes a trusted space where we can all grow together—one healthy habit, one small victory, and one imperfect day at a time.
